Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Oia Nautical Dreams is a cozy private house with an amazing view of the caldera. It is right by the famous pedestrian path of Oia but as it is on a higher level offers privacy and superb views. On the first level, you will find a comfy lounge area with a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Following the internal stairway will take you to the open bedroom with a queen size bed. From the lounge area, you have access to the private balcony with the Jacuzzi and breathtaking views.

Our new Private cave house is renovated in 2017 and decorated by our interior designers with great taste and elegance, relaxing colours and romantic details. It has a double bedroom with an king size, built , double bed, and a loft with a double wooden bed , a large comfortable living room with one built sofa bed and a table with four chairs . There is an LCD cable TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a built shower place.

The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.
