Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας. Η Villa Maria βρίσκεται στην Δροσιά Χαλκίδας σε οικόπεδο ενός στρέμματος γεμάτο απο τα πολύχρωμα λουλούδια, τις λεμονιές και τις μανταρινιές της Γιαγιάς Μαρίας. Η βόρια πλευρά εχει θέα το καταπράσινο Μεσσάπιο όρος ενω η νότια κοιτά τον βόρειο ευβοϊκό κόλπο. Η παραλία βρίσκεται στα 500 μέτρα, (5 λεπτά με τα πόδια).
