Self-contained annexe/games room with parking

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Meadow Cottage Barn is a sympathetically restored 17th century self-contained studio barn situated next to the main house in Milford & adjacent to beautiful National Trust land & has off street parking. The accommodation comprises a king size bed, sitting area with sofa, kitchen, dining area & bathroom with shower. It opens into its own garden space & has an outdoor eating area. One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Lovely self contained, super clean one bedroomed annex with its own entrance and small outside space with table and chair in a beautiful garden. Welcome breakfast pack. A car is essential. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to restaurants, towns and villages by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. Lovely cross country walks from the property and close to the Greensand Way and Devils Punchbowl. An hourly bus service operates Monday to Saturday at the end of our lane.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cabin opposite the forest. Throw open the doors, hear the birdsong and relax in comfort. Enjoy its convenient location to mainline train stations and the A3 whilst surrounded by woodland tranquility and National Trust walks. The villages of Grayshott and Churt lie within walking distance with their pubs, cafes, restaurants and characterful shops, whilst slightly further afield lie bustling Farnham, Haslemere, Midhurst and Petworth.

The Annex, Hindhead

Large double room with own kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently situated just five minutes from the A3, on a private development, giving easy access to the coast, Goodwood, Farnham or Guildford. We are a 15 minute walk to the National Trust area of the Devils Punchbowl and a 5 minute drive to Frensham ponds. You have your own separate entrance to come and go as you please. Although if you need any advice we can be on hand to help with finding coffee shops or restaurants to visit.

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, The Dairy is a self contained, self catering, 2 bedroom (with optional extra 3rd bedroom at additional charge) attached cottage. Set in the 14th century Manor grounds, The Dairy is cosy and retains the character of its past with exposed wood beams and stone walls. Enjoy the sounds of sheep grazing in the field, lunch at one of three local pubs and a plethora of fabulous country walks and biking trails on your doorstep.
