E' composto da un'ampia zona giorno, con cucina attrezzata, divano letto e tavolo, e zona notte con letto matrimoniale. Il bagno è di recente ristrutturazione, come la cucina. Situato nella parallela del Corso principale con i suoi ristoranti, locali e negozi. Spiagge e lidi sono raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti, così come il porto turistico per l'imbarco verso le Isole Tremiti.
