Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes and Smith Lake, Cellito & Sandbar are within 10-15 minutes and Blueys, Elizabeth & Boomerang Beach, Wallis Lake & Booti Booti National Park are within 20 minutes.

Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
