It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Lovely large 4 bedroom house - one block back from the beach - excellent amenities - four bedrooms - and outdoor area including outdoor fire (and indoor fire) outside furniture - two living areas - can accommodate 2 to 4 families. Master bedroom with ensuite, guest bedroom (Queen bed) and two more bedrooms with a bunk and queen or double bed in each. BBQ, gas cooking, two living areas large TV, DVDs and even a fooseball table. The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

The bach is 30 metres from the main house with its own access, parking and outside deck area. Just five minutes’ walk from the beach and an easy bike ride from the Kapiti cycle trails, it’s perfect whether you’re after some well-earned rest or a little adventure. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom .
