Niedaleko mieszkania (500 m) znajduje się przystanek autobusowy oraz tramwajowy. Do lotniska (12km) można dojechać w 10 min samochodem.

Dom jest otoczony zielenią i zlokalizowany jest w cichej, spokojnej okolicy. Dom jest podzielony na dwa mieszkania, u góry mieszkają gospodarze, a dół jest wynajmowany dla turystów.
