Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Bring the family & your pet to Petite Maison for a getaway from the hum drum of daily life. The house has a full size kitchen, a spacious bathroom, laundry, & a divinely comfy lounge room. We have an outdoor patio with a BBQ, & a great yard for the kids & the dog. There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area & main bedroom.
