Wake up to birds singing in the Hibiscus tree outside this peaceful, two-story coastal apartment. Lounge on the terrace with views of landscaped gardens, the ocean, and surrounding mountains. Be sure to enjoy the refreshing pool after a long day. We are not able to accommodate children The first level (ground floor level of the villa)consists of the cosy decorated lounge with flat screen TV, a dining area and the fully equipped little kitchen which can be separated from the lounge by an artfully painted sliding door. A small terrace invites you to sit outside for breakfast or sundowners. From the lounge a staircase leads downstairs to the basement with it's bedroom, a passage to the bathroom(shower only)and the dressing room. The King size bed can be separated and configured into single beds. Our guests are invited to sit in the beautifully landscaped garden on their own terrace with sun loungers and side table or enjoy the big swimming pool . From here stunning views over the whole bay and the surrounding mountains as well as spectacular sunsets will delight your senses. We respect the privacy of our guests yet we enjoy to extend hospitality and the feeling of home from home .We are available under the same roof to advise,support,recommend and help our guests to make their stay a memorable one. Camps Bay offers restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and different beaches. It has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town, due to privately organised street patrols and security companies. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. MyCity bus stop is circa 400m away on Geneva Drive with one route clockwise and another anticlockwise to transport visitors either to town or downhill to the Promenade . Uber taxis or any of the local companies are another option From our house it's a 15 min walk downhill into Camps Bay Security : Street parking only - Camps Bay has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town The property is fully in and outdoor secured

The apartment comprises of a modern bedroom, bathroom and stylish open plan living area with a well appointed kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and large integrated fridge. The apartment has a private deck and direct access to the pool and bbq area, which has breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean. A daily complimentary cleaning service is offered should you wish to make use of this. Your washing and ironing can also be done at no additional charge. Guests have access to the entire apartment including the pool and bbq area as well as the beautiful large garden. Guests are welcome to inquire at any time with information they may need. Upon arrival I give guests my mobile number where they can contact me at any time should they need anything. Having lived in South Africa for many years as well as having been in the tourism industry for the past decade you can be sure to find out about the little must-do gems in Cape Town. Camps Bay is magnificently located on the Atlantic Ocean, at the foot of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, adjacent to Table Mountain. Safely walk to the Camps Bay beachfront to enjoy sun and sand or its many restaurants. My recommendation would be to rent a vehicle or to alternatively use an Uber, which is a fantastic and popular taxi service. The MyCity bus is also an option to use, with a bus stop literally in front of the door. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay.
