We had the best stay at Aeyoung’s place! I couldn't fault it one bit. Her home was one of the cleanest and most spacious places we stayed during our trip. There was so much room to just relax and settle in. The bed was super comfy too (and I loveeee my sleep) which made it really easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day out exploring. The area was so peaceful and calm and Aeyoung made the trash system easy to understand and the trash system was labelled which made a lot of sense as it was something I was worried about! Aeyoung herself was amazing. She was incredibly kind and welcoming and picked us up from the station when we arrived and dropped us off when we left. She was so hospitable and made everything so smooth and stress-free. Thank you again, Aeyoung, for having us and we can't wait to come back! I regret not booking more days at the airbnb as the second airbnb I went to in Shinjuku was not nearly as big, clean and quiet!

My trip was perfect. Thank you Kazuo for the hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and you have everything you need very close. I will miss the two precious cats. I hope to be able to repeat on my return to Japan :)

很满意的东京住宿地。离很多知名景点都近。而且周边有三个车站，去哪里都很方便。房间布置也很温馨，提供的小桌子都很有用。公共区域也方便。是一个如果有下次，还可能会考虑再来的地方。

Buen lugar atención rápida y excelente lugar tranquilo si quieres pasar unos días en Tokio 100% recomendado

We rented both of Yuko's apartments (separated by an external staircase) for 7 people (3 generations). The ground floor is very warm and is particularly charming with a garden (view only), heated floors and of course reverse cycle air con, futon beds and a single western bed, a washer dryer and a newer tv (for hooking up our nintendo switch to). Upstairs is also well equipped (no dryer or heated floors) with bunk beds and single beds, slightly less warm in the bunk beds area which honestly the teens liked. Both bathrooms have great hot water pressure. Yuko clearly thought of everything and the place was so neat and lovely. She is so helpful to communicate with. The suburb is peaceful and easy to get to using the pink "E" subway. Great connectivity to other areas of Tokyo, just hop on that "E" subway then a connecting train and you're anywhere you want to be. Multiple supermarkets nearby, and FamilyMart (most staff speak English). We will stay again when we visit Japan in the future!

Loved staying at the secret base! This was the last place I stayed during my trip and I’m so glad I did, it was in a peaceful area far enough away from Tokyo to get a feel for the local area but not too far that going to Tokyo regularly isn’t doable. The room was spacious, clean, and the outdoor patio type area was nice to sit at during the rain or at night. Emiko the host is one of the most friendly and attentive hosts I’ve ever had her staff were kind and I felt like they actually cared thank you SPICA staff! Keep in mind the station is about a 15 minute walk on mostly flat ground but Emiko has bikes to use if needed. From Kawaguchi station to Shibuya station is about 30-40 minutes keep that in mind if staying out late for when the trains stop running. I’d also recommend Akabane an area just a 4 minute train ride from kawaguchi it’s a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and shops. I’d love to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo!

Very near of Shinjuku, if you are looking for a stay at less 5 minutes. Metro station is near, restaurants and kombini too

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the accommodation had everything you could possibly need. The location is also perfect for exploring Tokyo, very convenient and well connected. But what really made this place special was the Ken and his lovely family. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. One evening, they even invited all the guests to share a homemade dinner together, which was such a generous and heartwarming gesture. I truly appreciated being their guest and felt so at home. If I ever return to Tokyo, I would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you for everything.
