I spent 3 months here after recently moving to the area. the place was a perfect base and I felt right at home. The apartment was bright and airy, the sunroom was perfect for working from home and very peaceful surrounded by the trees. The kitchen was perfect with an induction hob and full size fridge freezer which was ideal for a longer stay. I particularly loved the huge bed. the views out into the garden made it extra special. Sonia was a great host who was on hand at all times for any queries. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a wonderful place! Only a few steps from Pulteney Bridge, with the city center in very easy walking distance, this besutifully decorated flat felt like a lovely home right from the beginning. We particularly enjoyed the view and the fact that the flat is flooded with light. Thank you, Dan!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

lovely place, great base for walking. local shop (co-op) and pub both easily walkable. spacious lounge and a beautiful courtyard which, if the weather holds, is a fantastic place for a relaxed breakfast.

Great location with the bus stop right outside, regular buses into central Bath every 20-30 minutes. The house itself was immaculate, great sized bedrooms and the smart TV in the living room was an added bonus. House equipped with milk, tea, coffee, sugar and toiletries/washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, very handy. Will definitely look to stay here again if staying in Bath.

This must be a contender for the most beautiful property on Airbnb Cotswolds. Idyllic peaceful setting, surrounded by woodland and fields. Utter tranquility. yet proximity to a picture postcard country pub and with Cirencester just 10 mins away. The thatched annex is spacious, luxurious and has exceptional attention to detail both inside and out. Very well laid out kitchen with high end fixtures. We cooked a couple of evenings, indeed our best meals of the trip. Becky, the charming and elegant host, greeted us upon arrival. I did text a couple of times with questions and the reply was instant. Her family was in residence but maintained a very low profile during our stay, barely a curtain flicker. I generally try to throw in some sort of negative comment to a review to show balance but in truth am too in love with the property to find one. If the configuration of bedrooms and bathroom suits your requirements then I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

A lovely apartment - spacious, attractively furnished, well equipped, comfortable beds with quality linens. We are 3 friends who like our own space, but also like to sit and chat. Anne Marie's apartment provided us with all of that and an absolutely glorious view from the back of the property. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of attractions, cafes and a good choice of restaurants. . Thank you Anne Marie. It was lovely to meet you when we arrived. Sophia’s apartment was exactly as described and very homely. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean. Sophia was very helpful and communicated everything well, and also responded promptly to any questions we had before we arrived. A really lovely air BnB in a great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Extremely clean and had all the amenities and more. Really helpful instructions left on how to use the dishwasher, cooker etc. Looked exactly like the photos and a really helpful responsive host

Great location just a short 10 minute walk into Bath city centre. Beautiful views from the main bedroom, kitchen and living room. Very peaceful. Parking for 2 cars. Spotless and clean and exactly as described. Very comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen to cook a full meal. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed, the space was great and really well cleaned and looked after. Sandip's instructions for check in made it so easy and he sent us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance which was perfect for us. Parking is quite tight but if you have people to help you, it is doable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
