Little Loralyn Studio is a fully equipped small place with a private enclosed courtyard and outdoor area, located across the road from the waterways of St Georges Basin. Swan Lake is a holiday dream, with quiet beaches that are just perfect as a launching place for kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. Kids love the white sand, the climbing trees and the gentle water. Cudmirrah Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers great surf. The cottage is small but finished with high-quality linen and cooking items.

A charming little 1971 yellow brick beach front cottage, with private access to Warrain beach from the back, or access to the life saving club from the front (2 houses down the road). And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. It's perfect for a family, couple, or small group of friends. Air conditioning included.

Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
