Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.

This house has everything you need. Only 3 miles from Surprise stadium. 11 miles from Cardinal stadium. It has a pool table, ping pong, foosball, and darts in the game room. Outdoor games such as LRC and corn hole as well as a grill add extra fun. There is space for everyone with 5 large bedrooms and three and half baths. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Relax in the backyard, eat outside and enjoy the great weather, and watch Arizona's beautiful sunsets.
