The studio comprises of a large suite and ensuite bathroom with a private entrance separate from the main residence. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Very spacious, self-contained studio handy to Deakin and Epworth. Suitable for couples or singles. Safe, offstreet parking directly in front of studio. A few minutes drive to Highton Village. Close to the Barwon river if you enjoy a morning run or sunset stroll. A few minutes to the ring road for easy access to surfcoast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions around Geelong. Unfortunately not suitable for children or animals.
