The condo is a corner unit and located right next to Lake Aspen. You can walk, jog, or bike to the Nature Center, SHARC, stables, or the Sunriver Village. There is a shared pool at condo too! Everything is close!

SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

You can easily drive or bike to the SHARC, Village or horse stables. The house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a private hot tub! Great space to visit with friends and family out on the deck or in the open living room. *** NO SHARC PASSES*** We allow dogs ONLY but have a 2 dog limit. There is a $50 pet fee.
