Breathtaking lakeview mini-resort with spectacular views from almost every room, Enjoy a complete outdoor kitchen, heated pool with Waterslide( open May long weekend till September 30), traditional outdoor sauna, 6 person+ hot tub (open year around) , indoor infrared sauna, gym, air hockey, ping pong table, COLD PLUNGE foosball table, and trampoline. All bedrooms have king size beds. There are 3 full bathrooms and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Our home is steps away from wineries.

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. This suite is walking distance to beaches, restaurants and pubs. Whether you enjoy hiking biking or walking by the lake it’s all out your back door to enjoy! Summerland is also well known for the bottle neck drive where you can visit wineries for a tasting and lunch while enjoying the views. There is no smoking inside. SMALL pets only please. Welcome to the Okanagan, welcome to our home! We'd like to share with you our sweeping lake, orchard and vineyard vistas. Our walkout basement suite has ONE bedroom with a QUEEN bed, one pull-out DOUBLE sofa in the living room and a bathroom with shower. We haven’t a full kitchen, but offer countertop convection oven/ toaster, microwave, induction hotplates, rice cooker and crockpot. We have a gas fireplace for cool nights,TV, books and games. Our patio has partial cover, and of course, a BBQ!

Step in to our bright level entry one bedroom suite. You have a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living areas with in suite laundry. There is optic/cable tv, you can access your Netflix, free Wi-Fi. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water. Free on site parking. Pets welcome..

This guest house features: a Queen Bed with duvet, flat screen TV, great free WIFI, Washer/Dryer in unit, walk in shower, 12x10 patio for your use with mountain views, AC, outdoor electric grill, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, and other small appliances.
