Serene beach cottage in Summerland nestled in a lush well-maintained garden with a large sunny deck and secluded backyard. Perfect for antique lovers, the house boasts one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and art. Can't beat the location, located on a quiet and private dead-end street right next to hiking trails, five minute walk to town and ten minute walk to our beach. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? Traveling with children? Please submit an inquiry first. Cozy, tons of deck. Simple home with basics, lots of light and charm. I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway but often the guests don't see me. No dishwasher. Please be sure that your initial message tells me something about your group. No pets/additional guests without prior consent. Interested in learning how to bake very easy bread? I would love to give you a complimentary lesson. Former bakery/Café owner.

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

Entire unit has ocean views and a patio to watch the beautiful Summerland sunsets. 5 min walk or bike ride to Summerland Beach.
