Located just above Sugarbush village, this perfectly situated home lets you make the most of your time in Warren, VT. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Skiing, snow biking 10 minutes away at Middlebury Snow Bowl and Rikert crosscountry. Sugarbush and Killington half hour drive. Snowshoeing and hiking right behind house in the Green Mountain National Forest. Easy drive to river swimming holes and lakes. Excellent restaurants in Waitsfield and Middlebury - about half hour. Good restaurant, cafe, small grocery store, in Rochester, 4 miles. Great location, beautiful views, lovely little house, totally private, romantic.

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
