Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, comfortable bedrooms, and a family room in the basement. Outside you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and trails. Located in the heart of Lincoln, NH just minutes from Loon Mountain and North Woodstock. Great restaurants, stores to satisfy all necessities, tons of activities and beautiful scenery. This property is set right on the Pemigawesett River. Fantastic view and all just steps out the back door. Area attractions include Clark's Trading Post, Whales Tail water park, Santa's Village, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain, Waterville Valley, North Conway and much more!! Franconia Getaway Chalet

The Getaway Chalet is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, family-friendly house close to Cannon Mountain in Franconia. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains, a 4-minute drive from the ski resort. Cross-country trails are adjacent. Easy access to the state's most beautiful hiking and mountain biking, as well as swimming at Echo Lake and nearby golf. Three levels including a downstairs playroom, large yard, and front porch with the music of a babbling brook down the hill.

Bretton Woods & Cannon are a short drive. Hiking trails, lakes, ski, & snowmobile trails all close by! Close to Littleton, Bethlehem, & Lancaster! Enjoy the landscaped back yard w/ fire pit & screened in patio. Hang inside & enjoy the view from the sunroom, or snuggle up on the couch in the cozy living room with wood stove.

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Beautiful Cabin in the Trees

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.
