We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely little cottage in a lovely area of the country. We were down to visit a friend and watch a local theatrical production but we also managed to do some walking in beautiful woodlands that were just a few minutes drive away. East Harling is a very pleasant walk away - but probably not at night - as part of the walk is on unlit roads with no pavements. Possibly a little unfairly, the location review was dropped a star for this. Mary was very friendly, responsive and provided comprehensive and accurate information. All-in-all it’s a lovely bright little cottage in a lovely tranquil location ….. I nearly forgot the hot tub - lovely touch - clean and a very welcome mode of relaxation.

We only had a one night stay but the property was so clean and beautifully presented. Our children loved the games! The hot tub was lovely and Hollie was hugely helpful and very responsive when there was an initial issue with it working. Thank you!

We spent the weekend here for my sister in laws hen do and it was just perfect! From the moment I booked until the moment I confirmed we’d checked out and left, the service and communication given by Amanda was second to none. The house and area was amazing, the hot tub, garden, bedrooms, kitchen, everything was just perfect and we had the most wonderful stay! I would defo recommend others to stay here, especially when the weather is glorious as we spent most of our time in the garden and in the hot tub! Thanks Amanda and Adam, you were great hosts x

We booked this property to celebrate my mums 60th birthday and to say it was perfect is an understatement. We had a lovely long weekend in the hot tub with lots of BBQ’s. We also had 2 dogs and we felt so at ease that they were running around in the secure field. Will definitely be rebooking! Thanks Lucy & Co

The most beautiful place ever !! Hayley replied within minutes via message when I messaged her. I wish I could have stayed longer! The outside bath and the lights were my personal favourite! Every little detail such as board games and books just made it that extra special! Would highly recommend

We had a perfect weekend break accommodation as described 👌. Joanna left homemade brownies that lasted all of 5 mins 😁 milk, eggs, yoghurts, vase of flowers, cream, and cookies all made the first impression Perfect. We walked throughout the large grounds used the jacuzzi, games room with toilet which had sky tv on a large screen pool table tennis table football and ice hockey game, lots of seating to watch. Very quiet and secluded area 20 25 mins from beccles local pub unfortunately we did not use. Farm shop on site with local fresh produce and everything thing you might need if you have forgotten anything. At night no light contamination so on a clear night we could see a sky full of stars planets etc. Overall perfect place Perfect accommodations and perfect guest 👌 A1.

This cottage was unreal ! It’s hard to put in to words how amazing it is ! We stayed me my husband, my mum , my daughter, my 2 son’s and their girlfriends and our dog , we had the best time ever , the cottage is unbelievably beautiful and the games room is unreal , we went out once to the beach but couldn’t wait to get back to the cottage , coral was a brilliant host , the cottage has everything you need , many thanks coral x we look forward to returning x

House was really nice, the surroundings were lovely and the area was really quiet! Chloe was very accommodating when problems occurred she responded very quickly and tried to resolve them fast. Overall, quite a nice stay aside from some small issues!

We had a great couple of nights here. The cottage is perfect for a cosy stay, made even better with the addition of the log burner. The cottage is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The welcome package was a nice touch, we had a lovely breakfast the following morning. It was nice to be able to walk around the grounds too, where we saw some wildlife. Tony was a great, friendly host - answered any questions we had and also gave us recommendations for things to do locally and a bit further afield.

Charming little character cottage in a peaceful and friendly village. The cottage was cosy, welcoming and provided everything we needed. The Village shop is really well stocked so you didn't need to venture far! Nice public footpaths close to the cottage, ideal for a stay with the pooch!

Beautiful cottage with lovely decor and good utilities. The high street is just around the corner as is the sea and the beach. Really lovely stay.

A beautiful house in a lovely tranquil setting. There were a few bumped heads, due to low doorways (and in spite of many warnings!) but I would thoroughly recommend Meadow Cottage as a well-located base for a break in a Suffolk. We appreciated being able to check out a couple of hours late as we had a lunch appointment close by.

What an amazing cottage! It was so atmospheric and quirky. We went with another couple and our dog, andxas the boys were watching the snooker finals much of the time, we girls realkycenjoyed the sun room and little veranda with the bistro table. The furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. A great restaurant round the corner, the Kings Head, a local Indian that delivered and the Castle cafe practically next door. All doing great food. Lots of walks on the doorstep which our greyhound enjoyed, and Caryn's garden safe and secure for our dog. A great cottage in a lovely village, and Caryn proactive and communicating well throughout.

Well what can we say, perfect location/very very clean and tidy. Loads of lovely touches to make us welcome, it was better than a hotel. Loads to do locally and just short drives out to all the sort after locations you may needs. Make sure you go to Mrs T’s fish & chip shop in Southwold on the beach it’s a must. Everything was perfect and Kerry & Adam are lovely, what a stunning part of the world they live in. They even supplied some milk/fresh eggs/crisps/biscuits, towels/linen were scrumptious oh and the beds extremely comfortable. Basically your mad if you don’t book here👍 Matt/Zara & boys thank you again x

I stayed at jens whilst working locally. It’s situated in a beautiful part of Suffolk,extremely quiet and peaceful.the accommodation was as described giving a real homely feel.i can’t fault the service I received at all and would gladly stay there again.highly recommended.

Fantastic cottage in idyllic location. Photos do not do it justice - it’s a beautiful cottage, full of character and charm. Lovely garden too. Had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent.

Fab cottage perfect location for exploring the area . Great gastronomy pub 2 minutes walk . Lovely friendly village great parking facilities outside the property or allocated parking. We would definitely be booking again in fact I have booked for my parents.

A lovely, clean and well equipped cottage in a quiet village. David is a great host providing lots of little extras which were greatly appreciated and responded to messages very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Coach House. The property is beautifully designed and the decor is very stylish. The house was very clean throughout and we had everything we needed for our stay. Charlie was very quick in replying with any queries that we had throughout our stay also. We thought the paintings throughout the house were a lovely touch to the property also. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This place is absolutely perfect for families. Paul and Jane are such lovely hosts making you feel so welcome before you've even got there. The cottage is cosy with a great size and well stocked kitchen. The play area next to the cottage was great with a play barn as well with loads of books and toys to choose from. The outdoor bath was perfect with such a beautiful view over the landscape. Paul and Jane have thought of everything to make the stay as brilliant as it can be. Honesty bar and freshly made pizza in the pizza oven if you're lucky. So much in the area to do as well, will definitely be coming back.

The cottage is in a perfect location for amenities and for country walks. We parked the car and never used it till we went home. The cottage itself is fabulous and so tastefully decorated. Would recommend and stay again

We loved the peacefulness of Amy’s beautiful home. It was ideally situated to visit Sutton Hoo,Aldeburgh and Woodbridge.We were sad that we had to drive to Orford .We would have liked to walk and take the tiny ferry but it only runs at weekends. Everything you need for a beak away and lovely to have a wood burner already laid and a basket full of logs.

My partner and I stayed here for Christmas and we had the best time. We were greeted on arrival by Feri and when we entered the cottage it was spotless and had everything we needed. Feri and Steve were very friendly and attentive and responded quickly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend visiting here and we will gladly book again soon.
