Very peaceful stay , Andrea has allowed for the less prepared , and supplied every you might have forgot or not thought about, along with a honesty box. We always come prepared so not needed but impressed with her planning The weather was perfect and there are some great walks near by along with a 7.5 mile circular walk right on the door step. Great WiFi and plenty channels on a good TV we used the apps for our normal viewing on the evenings while there. There is a local butchers across the road that did a fantastic pork pie although we bought 2 Ribeye and 2 sirloin stakes and unfortunately they were very poor with little flavour which is a shame Great location and home plenty space to park and a great way to recharge

Reallly lovely chalet. Felt right at home. Raymonds instructions on how to find the chalet were spot on. He was contactable throughout the stay (though we didnt really need to). Lovely location - right on the beach. Everything you could need in the chalet and a very big thing for me.. it was very clean. Thankyou for a great stay.. we would recommended

What a great place to stay; very rural but close to the small towns and villages. Immaculately clean, very well equipped with everything one could need. The enclosed outdoor space was great, especially for our two dogs. Communication with Penny was excellent , she's the perfect host. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our visit very much.

thanks Janice. a lovely stay. loads of extras such as DVDs and books. a lovely and generous welcome pack. nice sized towels (and plenty of them) really well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates utensils, gin and prosecco glasses, could do with some more wine glasses but that's a really really minor issue. we would definitely book again if the needed something in the area.

Lovely chalet, very nice decor, clean and bonus having TVs in bedrooms. Great location in walking distance to park, broads and Carlton marshes. Nice to have swimming pool available on the site.

Kuchnię wyposażono w niezbedne naczynia i zastawe dodatkowym atututem był nowy air frajer bardzo ulatwil przygotowanie szybkich posiłków. Thank you for a peaceful escape. An excellent host who very easy to contact and very helpful when needed. Chalet exactly as described and a great location for exploring Oulton Broad and Lowestoft.

Janice made us feel very welcome with a generous hamper upon our arrival. There were lots of thoughtful extras, tea, coffee and milk as well as extra towels, pillows and blankets. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this lovely holiday home. Thank you.

Debbie was a great host, very quick to respond to any messages. The property had everything we needed, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice outside seating space. The site has a lovely clubhouse where we enjoyed great food, we also enjoyed food at the pub and chinese which are both just across the road! Lol As is a lovely little village shop that stocks everything you could think of!

We thoroughly enjoyed our mini-break here. Sara's caravan is stunning and the views are unbeatable. We will definitely return. The little extra touches are fantastic and what I wish every Airbnb would provide (soap, cooking oil, salt and pepper, immaculate, soft bedding and towels, to name a few)

This is our second visit to Kevin & Eve's chalet, absolutely love this little home from home, location spot on, accommodation has everything you need for your stay, clean, tidy well equipped. The location is near enough to all other areas, super dog friendly. local bakery was excellent, as well as the new Indian restaurant located within Livingstons pub, Chai Thali, food was amazing. Would highly recommend booking a get-away at Kevin & Eve's chalet for a super stress free break..

A couple of days by the seaside was what we wanted and the chalet fitted the bill perfectly. The chalet is bijou but perfect for the 3 of us. Location a stones throw away from the sprawling beach a winner and perfect for the dog. Best fish and chips over the road at Beach Fish & Chips and a lovely pint in The Sailors Home. So easy to get to both Lowestoft and Southwold. Will definitely return.

What a place for relaxing. The view was just wonderful but it didn't stop there. Walking routes in all directions on your doorstep. We didn't get in the car for four days. We walked to Woodbridge and had lunch at Marlowe's which was exceptional . A good mooch around the shops then a taxi back (rank at the train station) costing £12, the walk to Newbourne allowed us to spend the afternoon in The Fox beer garden including a delicious lunch. We spent evenings at The Maybush pub which again served good pub food or we stayed in playing some of the board games supplied. We felt thoroughly relaxed when we left and Carolyn was a great host. We will be recommending to friends!

We've had the pleasure of staying here multiple times, and each visit has been truly enjoyable. Catherine has always been incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a convenient drive to various attractions. Overall, a lovely stay. Thank you!
