Appartamento con piscina riscaldata

La casa si trova in un piccolo paesino ai piedi delle montagne. Siamo a 50 km da Ceresole Reale, nel cuore del parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso. L' appartamento si trova a pian terreno di una palazzina a due piani dove, al piano superiore abitiamo io e mio marito. Gli ingressi sono separati. La piscina è privata, noi solitamente la usufruiamo la sera, a volte, dalle 18 alle 19, condividendo un aperitivo con gli ospiti. Per il resto è tutta vostra! Solitamente nei weekend non siamo in casa.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. Di ultimissima costruzione una piccola spa ad uso esclusivo dei nostri ospiti con un contributo a parte per chi vuole usufruirne.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
