Great walk to town location. Loved waking up and having coffee with a view of the lake. Place is clean and great for a small family. Rich was nice and quick to answer any questions while booking. Central location to visit Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach.

Travis was super helpful throughout the whole booking process, as well as during our stay! The Airbnb itself was very clean, reasonably priced and honestly the perfect walkable spot between downtown South Berwick and Rollinsford - right across the border. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future when visiting friends and family in the area!

pros: It was a nice location - close to downtown and a park/river. Felt safe with 2 locked doors Amazing little touches, feminine products in the bathroom, spices, oil, coffee and tea, washing liquid etc and books a plenty. love this when I travel. Loads of streaming services great communications cons: Parking is a little tight at the back but adequate. The unit is a strange set up with the bathroom and bedroom upstairs - though the pictures clearly represent this, so it was not a surprise. Stairs are very steep so if you're not agile, this may be difficult. Overall a warm and comfortable stay

Absolutely fantastic historic apartment in downtown! Easy walk to the cafes and small businesses. Parking was free from 9pm to 8am so easy overnight parking. Even gave us a free wine bottle in thw frodge waiting for us after a long drive. Can't day enough great things!

My stay at Travis's place was fantastic! I was in town for an event at UNH and it was an easy commute. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to breweries and great restaurants. Travis’s was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing excellent recommendations. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Travis's place while in Dover visiting relatives. The apartment was centrally located and everywhere we wanted to visit was nearby. We were impressed with the cleanliness. And the beds were very comfortable. We are definitely keeping this apartment in mind for future visits to the area.

Lovely and comfortable. Two floors, two beds upstairs, one downstairs, very comfortable, warm in winter, a good place. The breakfast at 2Bees across the street was amazing - their bakery is unbelievable, try it, just perfect. Travis' communication was impeccable, he adjusted to our tiny requests immediately and helpfully. Highly recommend.

Great house and location. This was my 2nd time staying here and will definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

We had a nice time weekend despite the rainy weather. The house was great, spacious and clean. The deck was great with plenty of seating. Beautiful view of lake. Would definitely recommend!!!

The home and views were amazing! Yvonne and Jason were very responsive and the home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

The house was beautiful, clean and there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed our time there and Kate was so helpful. The only thing that didn’t cooperate was the weather. I wish we had been able to enjoy the lake and local hiking trails. I would stay again!

The house was perfect! We could not have had a better experience! The house had a lot of charm and all updated appliances! The location was perfect and the host was great! I would stay there again only next time it would be for longer than 2 days!

The lake house is the perfect place to gather with family and reconnect. My father, brother and me all enjoyed our stay together catching up and walking through the areas woods. Looking forward to next year.

What a gem! The house has history. Built as a hunting and fishing lodge. It has retained its character as Dave and MB have kept a lot of the original fixtures and have embraced the history with furnishings that speak of the old times but in a way that adds comfort and a homey feeling. The beds are extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. While we appreciated the history of the house and the owner’s interest in retaining it’s character it meant that there was one shower for all of us, but we knew this and it was not an issue. Also, a heads up that there are resident mice. We just made sure our food was put away at night. Sitting on the waterside patio each morning and evening was a highlight. Our days with four boys ages 8-12 and six adults were filled with lots to do without leaving the premises. Kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming off the dock,basketball, our version of pickle ball, pool, ping pong and more. The lake is beautiful, clean and peaceful. A memorable family week.
