Absolutely fantastic historic apartment in downtown! Easy walk to the cafes and small businesses. Parking was free from 9pm to 8am so easy overnight parking. Even gave us a free wine bottle in thw frodge waiting for us after a long drive. Can't day enough great things!

My girlfriend and I booked this place last minute while visiting friends at UNH, and it worked out perfectly. The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to access with clear instructions and keypad entry. The host was friendly and very helpful with communication. Would definitely stay again!

I liked how quiet the area was. Close enough to things but far enough away to feel secluded.

Travis is great host. It is absolutely clear that he's put heart and soul into the AirBnB undertaking. His managing of the properties, his personnel, and his immediate handling of all communications with his guests appear consistently professional. We stayed for three days in one of Travis' properties for Easter and a family holiday. All was great, we were communicating with Travis as needed. He was always responsive and along with that he provided us with a bit of information on local restaurants, entertainments, etc. The price we paid was reasonable and competitive, given the high reservation costs for upper-level hotels / Bad and Breakfast place in greater Portsmouth / Dover /Durham area. So, we had great experience with our holidays, and we are grateful to Travis & Cathy for their hospitality! We'll visit again.

Dennis and Julie’s place is impeccable! Beautifully decorated and so comfortable and relaxing. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Anything and everything is thoughtfully provided in this warm and inviting space. We would definitely stay again.

I can’t recommend Corey and his place enough. It was the perfect getaway in a cozy little town and is ~15min from UNH or ~50 min from. Gunstock. The place was clean and stocked with all essentials! Corey was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond in many ways- from coming to the rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out to offering to shovel for us when it snowed. He even had extra toiletries and goodies upon arrival. You won’t go wrong with this lovely rental! We can’t wait to return.

Great walk to town location. Loved waking up and having coffee with a view of the lake. Place is clean and great for a small family. Rich was nice and quick to answer any questions while booking. Central location to visit Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach.

Nice place, clean, comfy bed, very well stocked, had everything i needed for a month. I work from home, over the internet. My only recommendation to Alan and Martha is to fix the wifi which went down multiple times per day and disconnect me from my job and conference calls. The first 3 or so times it happened, i called & texted the 2 phone numbers that Alan provided (in a note on the fridge). I also left a voice mail and knocked on their front door. but i never heard back about my text or voicemail. Eventually I unplugged are re-plugged the antenna/router which fixed the issue most times. Sometimes you have to do it 2 or 3 times, but eventually it does work.

Enjoyable stay in Harvey's comfortable home for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 dogs. We loved the layout and decor of the 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with wonderful amenities, 2 sitting areas, nice bathroom with tub and shower and even a breezeway! The backyard was great for the dogs and will be blooming with trees and flowers once winter leaves New Hampshire. Highly recommend Harvey's property. He's most definitely a 5-Star innkeeper!

My girlfriends and I have chosen to stay here three years in a row for our annual girls weekend, which should tell you all you need to know. Clean, friendly and responsive hosts, great location for getting away to the quiet but easy drive to restaurants. Highly recommend!

we really enjoyed out stay. the best renting experience i’ve had. this place met and exceeded out expectations from moment we walked in up until we left. couldn’t think of anything we needed while staying here. this place was cleaner than clean! very spacious. very modern. the view was beautiful!!! would highly recommend this place.

The house was perfect! We could not have had a better experience! The house had a lot of charm and all updated appliances! The location was perfect and the host was great! I would stay there again only next time it would be for longer than 2 days!
