Our bright and modern one bedroom apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore Royal Deeside! There is an abundance of leisure pursuits, fine dining and shopping on our door step! Walking/running/cycling/trails/hills/scenery/fishing/lochs and rivers/castles/road biking/mountain biking/ just relaxing!/amazing food and drink! A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. We hope you enjoy your stay.
