"Ideally located first floor one-bedroom apartment" 15 minute walk from the Royal Gwent Hospital with a bus stop one minute walk away, with buses to Cardiff and Newport Centre every 30 minutes. Tredegar Park is on the doorstep, as well as the National statistics office. The apartment is located on the second floor and serviced with a lift. The apartment is three years old and Modern, The apartment has one double bedroom with a double bed settee in the living room, the kitchen has ALL amenities.

A very central yet peaceful apartment offering gracious rooms. Although this is part of our home, when guests come they have exclusive use of these rooms originally set apart as my mother’s annex. The large lounge has comfortable furniture and opens to a small kitchen with room to dine. The two bedrooms have bathrooms - upstairs bedroom has limited headroom and the bathroom is separated by a curtain. Sunroom opens to a shared pool May to Sept and has two sofa beds. Perfect for working from Newport, your own self contained space, excellent links to the M4 via Malpas road or Heidenheim drive. I work as a heating engineer and I can get to most places in Newport from here within 15 minutes. We don’t allow third party bookings (don’t book for your employee/husband/girlfriend/son etc) or allow under 18’s to stay alone at the property.
