The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. Also large living/sleeping room, Juliette balcony with open views over stunning countryside. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

Enclosed patio garden. Parking to the front on the road.

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

Our 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Beautiful 1 - bedroom Apartment comes with cosy settling in a quiet village of Cambridge. The Stables have been newly converted, sat within the grounds of our beautiful farm. The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.

Clock Cottage is a handsome Grade 2 listed detached brick and flint cottage in a desirable and sought after convenient location. The spacious accommodation is set within the grounds of Home Farm House, an important farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century.
