Sandridge Barton Vineyard is a 25-minute walk away.

Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Hide is a hidden treasure for those seeking a unique Devon escape. Tucked among the trees along a leafy bridleway, it offers the ideal setting to unwind and explore. Situated on the edge of the peaceful hamlet of Loventor, just three miles from the historic town of Totnes and directly on the scenic John Musgrave Heritage Trail, it provides a perfect base for discovery. Only a ten-minute walk away lies Berry Pomeroy Castle — one of Devon’s most picturesque and intriguing historic sites.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request.

A stones throw away from the River Dart located on a peaceful road, the cottage is an excellent base to explore the town, local coasts and the countryside, with lovely walks right on your door step.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation.
