Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Holiday home in Holt

Modern 2 bedroom property in a quiet estate on outskirts of beautiful Georgian town of Holt. Landscaped garden. Generous living space and modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. 2 good sized bedrooms including Master with King-size bed and en-suite. Additional main bathroom and downstairs WC. Off-street parking for 2 cars. Holt can be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes. Closest beaches at Weybourne, Sheringham within a 10 minute drive.

Wensum Barn 8 miles from the coast

Beautifully furnished, single-storey barn which is divided into 3 holiday cottages; Wensum sleeps 4 and has TV & wifi (cot/high chair available). It shares a large, enclosed garden. The cottages can be booked independently or together to sleep 16. A recently refurbished, contemporary tiled shower room completes the accommodation in this barn. In high season (July-August) we do prefer to take 7 day bookings (Friday-Friday) but it's always worth asking just in case!

Boutique 2 bedroom cottage - North Norfolk coast

Beautiful cottage near the North Norfolk coast, freshly renovated for summer 2021. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
