Our home is one side of a duplex. Both sides are available for rent. It has hardwood floors throughout. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex with a 2-car garage & EV Charger. The Little House is a small 2-room former caretaker cottage. It includes a bedroom/kitchen/sitting room and a bath. The kitchen includes a hot plate, refrigerator, and a combination convection oven/toaster/air fryer. Heating and cooling is with a super quiet mini-split heat pump. The bed is a double size with a super comfortable CoolGel mattress.
