The guesthouse is a studio barndominium located on our 15 acre property, with dedicated parking and private entrance away from our primary house. Surrounded by woods and nature, you'll enjoy peaceful, quiet nights listening to soothing sounds of wildlife. Located halfway between the historic town squares of McDonough and Covington. Close to Jackson Lake. We are 35 miles to Atlanta. Wifi is provided, but we are rural so it can be patchy. Limited to 2 total guests-including infants/children.

There is a 1000 sf event space available onsite as an add-on after Oct 30th or individual listing, that will hold about 30 people. Tables and chairs are available onsite for rental.
