Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Kleines, einfaches Turm-Häuschen von 1826 als Teil eines einstigen Weinguts von 1750. Großzügige Terrasse mit Blick über die sanften Hügel des ländlichen Monferrato mitten im Unesco-Weltkulturerbe-Gebiet. Das Haus ist klein, schlicht, aber authentisch und liegt an einer ruhigen Straße. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die wunderschöne neogotische Kirche San Martino. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wanderungen, direkt vom Haus aus. Sehr gute Restaurants und Weinlokale in der Umgebung.

Potrete godere della vista dal nostro terrazzo panoramico dove potrete sedervi ed apprezzare in tutta tranquillità le nostre colline.

Corte Arancio è una casa nel centro storico di Cella Monte (patrimonio Unesco dal 2014), uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia e sede del festival Jazz ReFound. Questo spazio è l’ideale per coloro che cercano un rifugio accogliente; un luogo perfetto per una fuga romantica, una vacanza in famiglia o un viaggio di lavoro. Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

Pur essendo indipendente, l'alloggio gode di tutti i servizi della tenuta, dalla ristorazione al relax e alle attività escursionistico sportive.
