This custom-built barn features 2 BR and 1 BA. The main level boasts a fully-equipped game area with billiards, shuffleboard table, air hockey, a 60-game arcade machine, a Mortal Kombat machine, a poker table, and two cabinets brimming with card and board games. Three smart TVs adorn the walls. The shared backyard outdoor space includes a hot tub, hammock, outdoor putting green, an adjustable basketball hoop, swings, a grill, horseshoes, a playground, a gazebo area, and a stocked fishing pond.

A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. The newly-renovated 19th century farmhouse shares a front garden with a one-bedroom guest house, The Artist's Cottage (listed separately on Airbnb). Excellent restaurants, a coffee shop, and art galleries are just around the corner. The Plains is a center for equestrian events, biking, and vineyards in the Blue Ridge Mountain foothills.
