This beautiful Lusby home was everything we hoped for and more. The views of the Chesapeake Bay are absolutely stunning—sunrises and sunsets were unforgettable. The house is spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved relaxing on the deck, watching the water and wildlife, and enjoying peaceful evenings by the fire pit. It’s the perfect escape—private, serene, and just a short drive from charming local spots. Can’t wait to return!

This is a lovely and friendly home - which is no surprise as it matches my impression of the owners! My family created a spontaneous plan to visit this area and Terri & Bo accommodated us very graciously despite the short notice. Their home is lovely, well-equipped and designed for family fun. It is convenient to all the wonderful activities in the area, in particular the fossil hunting, which was the draw for our crew. Although we found fossil's on our own, Terri's information directed us to a guide who was extremely knowledgable and added a great deal to our experience. I would highly recommend this home for a getaway at any time of year. The area is well-known as a summer destination, but we visited over New Year's and loved exploring the beautiful beaches in the off-season.

The home was lovely and well-appointed with everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked; the outdoor spaces were well designed Raisa was friendly and very responsive.

We had a beautiful long weekend, gorgeous views, pet friendly so our lil beasts could have a great time too, and the hosts were very kind, accommodating and responsive. Would absolutely come back! Try the oysters ! Hang out by the fire pit! Kayak along the sandbar! Wonderful spot ❤️

We were looking for a nice, peaceful place to celebrate my grandson’s 3rd birthday and Landon’s place hit the spot exactly! Not only met expectations but exceeded them. Such an amazing view of the water and the house’s open floor plan was roomy yet still cozy at the same time. Landon was very responsive and provided clear instructions for our stay. We were able to bring our two small dogs so that was an added bonus! Absolutely loved the paddle boards, treehouse, tree swing, trampoline, and fire pit! Both beaches were so easy to get to and the privacy of them was great. My grandson didn’t want to leave and my kids already want to plan another trip here. Truly felt like home away from home and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks for making this a memorable birthday for our big guy 🥰🥳

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Wow what a view. Family had a wonderful stay. House is big and well equipped. Internet is strong and plenty of hot water for all. House has access to a private beach that the small grandkids enjoyed. Definitely would stay again.

Connie's house was the perfect getaway. Fully equipped with anything you may need and more. If you want to go to a place to enjoy their restaurants and stores, this is not the place as the town doesn't have much to offer in that sense, nor the next town Warsaw. We drove one day to Fredericksburg for a nice restaurant and it was great. For basic needs there is a convenience store five minutes away and a Food Lions 15 minutes drive. Now about the house: the game room is a plus with arcade, ping pong and board games; kitchen has everything you need including a big fridge with ice maker (big tray with a constant supply of ice); reliable wifi; TVs in every room; big bath tub in the main bathroom; nice backyard with a table to eat outside and a solo fire pit in front of the water, and nice kayaks that you can use steps from the house (watch the tide as when it goes down, there is not enough water to get in); and importantly the place was spotless, no clutter, no dust. Totally recommend it

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

I stayed here with my three kids for a little getaway, and we had the best time. The place was super clean and spacious, and the modern decor and finishes were clearly chosen with care—it just felt really good to be there. The game rooms were such a fun touch, each with its own theme, and the kids were obsessed! One of our favorite parts was the scavenger hunt—it was such a fun and unexpected surprise, and it gave us a memory we’ll definitely hold onto. The host was incredibly kind, polite, and respectful. Overall, it was just a great experience and a really special trip with my kids.

Such a beautiful home with everything stocked to host a family gathering. This kitchen had everything included so that I could cook homemade pasta and a feast for a large family gathering. And to boot, the endless pool hot tub is an awesome workout! They were also very patient and responsive to our needs. Thank you!!

Great place to stay. Hyrum was quick to respond when I messaged him. Neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located to the highway. Would stay here again.

The home and property were peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the spacious, (all weather) sunny enclosed porch. The kitchen and family room were comfy and had everything we needed. We walked the neighborhood with our dogs and the beach was beautiful as well as relaxing. Such a wonderful weekend get away.

We really enjoyed our week at Ppb! It was so relaxing and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet. There were 11 of us and plenty of room. The house was clean and accommodating. The pool was perfect for hours of fun! There is a public boat ramp right down the road which made it easy to take our jet ski out every day. The beach is quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay from start to finish was amazing! Courtney and Christian have a beautiful home that is in a great location. They thought of everything to make our stay memorable. The pantry was open to us, towels were folded beautifully, super clean, and they even had three Christmas trees up. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly remodeled Airbnb! The space is beautifully updated and thoughtfully decorated, especially the spacious bedrooms which were both comfortable and stylish. The game room was such a fun addition and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We especially loved the firepit area and the cozy swing chairs—great touches that made the outdoor space inviting. The only thing missing was some patio or outdoor dining furniture to make full use of the lovely yard, but overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again!

A true gem of a location. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature's beauty.

Erin's place is in a beautiful location; we loved just looking out the windows down to the creek drifting by below! There was plenty of room for our entire family to hang out together and to spread out and do our own things. The dock was in great shape, and we enjoyed using the two kayaks and the fishing rods. Erin was very responsive and provided great information about the area!

Absolutely delightful in every way. Sleeping with the windows open and the sounds of the water lapping up against the rocks and the beautiful sea breezes was heavenly. Sitting on your private waterfront deck and watching the sailboats pass by was another plus. As you can see in the photos, it's a tiny house with a full-size bed, and the couch is small (I would say between a love seat and a full-size couch in length), so it's tight quarters if there are two people staying. A very short walk to The Pier Restaurant - lovely outdoor waterfront dining and cool ambiance. I had the oysters, seafood platter, shrimp with brioche. The oysters were magnificent. The other two were good. Extremely peaceful and relaxing. I didn't want to leave my serene abode.

Britta's home was perfect for all of us! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The home is spacious and in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the lake. The beds were super comfortable and everything was so clean! we look forward to staying again in the future! thank you Britta!

If you are looking for a peaceful escape, you found it. Although this home can be used for large gatherings, it is also the perfect getaway for 2. My husband and I loved watching the water and the natural wildlife. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THIS HOUSE!

Must love dogs! And bring yours!! ❤️ We had the most amazing and wonderful stay at Blue Crab Cottage the first week of February. The sunset picture, yes, it’s real, because I took it! Don’t wait for summer to book for a get away; it is perfect any time of year. We are local folks (20 miles away) who were getting our floors redone. My husband was able to telework perfectly from the cottage. I, on the other hand, had to commute to work and I was so sad to leave the cottage in the mornings. The cottage was super comfortable, well appointed, and the front porch is absolutely the BEST feature! ☺️ Our dogs loved the cottage and getting to know the neighborhood dogs who serve as ambassadors for the peninsula. Now, I gave “finding the place” 5 stars but this is ONLY if you actually follow Chris’ instructions and pictures, which my husband failed to do. 🤣 Chris and Lynda took amazing care of us; I can’t wait to return for a weekend to enjoy that river view - it is spectacular.

We had a great stay. This place is tucked away and private, but also close to the action- plenty of restaurants, bars, and recreation. Park your car and walk everywhere. Don’t be afraid to bring your dog. This is a great spot for having adventures with your pup or for leaving them in the apartment for a bit. Space was clean and comfortable. Hosts were proactive and accommodating. We hope to come back.
