Emil was very helpful as we left our home in Tampa and were looking for a place to take cover during hurricane Milton.

Absolutely terrific stay! Clean. Fantastic beach front property with private beach. For our whole trip we only had 3-4 other groups of people on the entire beach. It was the perfect stop to relax and unwind! Highly recommend!

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy widlife, sea, sun and beach with our 2 boys and we found Marcin's Sea La Vie House. That's was a perfect match. This house is very nice, well maintained, well equipped and well organized. I could spend all my time taking pictures of Dolphins and birds from the wonderful porch. We enjoyed being there and we will certainly be back.

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

Sandy Paws is a big, uniquely lovely home in a very natural & wild but welcoming part of Florida. Andy & Travis have done an amazing job setting up the place to make guests feel comfortable & at home, including pets, which we deeply appreciate! (But if it weren't for conveniences like pet bowls & beds etc we wouldn't have known, as it was very clean.) The beds were nice & comfy while the kitchen has a great assortment of utensils, dishes & assorted things you tend to need on vacation. The decks & screened porch were big hits, plus many conveniences like bikes, outdoor shower & golf cart. It's even more spacious than the pictures suggest, with a fun game room & DS mini fridge, big Jacuzzi tub & peaceful, private location just a short walk/drive from the beach. The beach itself is beautiful, sunny, full of shells & not crowded, though we visited in the off season. TH Stone & local food+shops were excellent as well! We had a blast & can't recommend Sandy Paws & its hosts strongly enough.

The house and location were perfect for our group! The house was absolutely beautiful and the view is breathtaking! We stayed with our family for our daughter's graduation from FSU and the house was perfect for our group of 7. It was great that every couple had their own bedroom with their own bathroom. The house is equipped with everything you could ever need. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the views as well as walking on the beach. I would come back and stay in a heartbeat! If I could give this property more then 5 stars I would. It is a true gem!

This beach house is exactly what our family needed for a relaxing graduation weekend getaway. Close enough to Tallahassee to get to graduation but away from the hustle and bustle. Very tranquil and serene...the house had everything our family needed. The fire pit and beach chairs downstairs were amazing .. kayaks and fishing poles added to the fun. House was spotless and beautifully appointed. We will be back for more memories!

It is very clear that Clint and Donna are on their A+ game with the Air Bnb rentals. Everything was immaculate and all the amenities you would want or need. Things were up to date and my family would gladly stay at their locations again. P.S. A wonderful, consistent and affordable restaurant called Royal Thai within walking distance. Ate there everyday Ha…

What an amazing stay. The location could not be more blissful. The house has literally everything you could want and the view is stunning. I will be planning my next trip as soon as possible. This place is truly special and Rachel is a tremendous host!

My wife and I loaded up the Poodle and had a great 3 night stay at the Oyster House. The Private dock is incredible, and the place is cozy with tons of “beach vibe” objects all around, both inside and out. Amanda was amazing through the entire process. The house is right on the water and far enough out of town that you truly feel like you have the entire bay to yourself when you relax on the back porch or the dock. So serene.

Was exactly what the listing said and was a very nice getaway not far from PCB but far enough to feel like we were secluded in a lowkey area :)

We showed up on Thursday, we were there to fish and seemed like we ended up staying at the house more than we fished. Awesome place and will definitely be coming back!!

Wonderful get away. Cozy home on canal. Super close to a beautiful boat ramp and plenty of space to turn and park double axle trailer for 25’ boat. Easy to trailer nightly. Minutes to fishing and scalloping. House was clean and felt like home. The pool was amazing after hot day fishing. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. Hosts always respond almost immediately.

We had a lovely stay at Franco's Cove. We were travelling in from the East and I hadn't realised the time zone change was nearby so I got the timing wrong, but it did mean that we got to meet Nicholas. He was a great host and even helped us get going with the fishing. The boys loved it so much they got up before sunrise the following day to do some more. Such a great location, would love to stay again.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. We felt like we were in our own home and the hosts made it very cozy! The beach was the best part

This place was such a gem! My kids loved the fishing theme, and the mosaic details in the bathroom were so fun! It was nice to be off the beaten path for a football game.

Yana was an excellent host. She was very informative and helpful. The house was spotless and extremely well decorated with a vibe that felt like home. Also the location of the property was less than 15 minutes away from the Lynn Haven sports complex, where we enjoyed games of pickleball.

We wanted to unplug and reset- this place was perfect! Cool clean river to float in, a variety of vignettes to sit and relax, and kitchen equipment to do more than the basics. Added bonus of throwback dvds when you want to watch tv. Instead of getting sucked in to streaming/binging there’s a wide variety of dvds- not just one genre. Comfortable and clean with a helpful responsive host! We’re already looking for dates to go back!

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

Our week stay in the sopchoppy river “tree” house was peaceful, lovely and relaxing. The setting is like a treehouse looking out into the canopy of surrounding trees and down to the opening of the river. The views are throughout the house but time spent in the screen porch provides the sounds and smells of nature. The heating/cooling systems work well to provide comfort and kitchen though small provides the basic needs. The bedroom is upstairs and you do have to do staircase at night for bathroom which is well lighted. A lovely memorable “treehouse” experience.
