Beautiful home, beautiful location, walk right to the beach!!

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

She was amazing and went above and beyond for us if we encountered any issues. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to stay in the st Augustine area.

Hands down the best AirBnB I have seen. Place looks brand new, great totally stocked kitchen with an abundance of utensils and cookware (we even found a crockpot!). Bathrooms are beautiful, especially the master. Bedrooms are great and the outdoor patio are is gorgeous. Great communication and hassle free checkin. Just A+ experience all around. Location was great for us as it was close to the relatives we were visiting but also 15 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes to St. Augustine and about 90 minutes to Orlando. Great central location for everything we wanted to see. We’ll definitely book again when we come back to visit.

Great deal for a great location! Love how dog friendly it was my pup enjoyed running around in the fenced in backyard. Also enjoyed playing video games and the Guess Who! (they had their own homemade stickers, i’m guessing the people were friends/family, either way we had a good laugh and played a few rounds of it!)

PLEASE READ!! I know the repercussions negative ratings can do for business which is why I rated this 5 star but you should def read this review if traveling with a larger party. We booked this place because myself and another mom were bringing our sons and a few friends down for a concert at the amphitheater. We particularly liked the outdoor space for them. We saw the rule about 10pm being quiet hours and knew we’d be at the concert at 10pm but mainly wanted the outdoor space to enjoy for the afternoon hours after the beach and before leaving out for the concert. Not an hour into being there (6pm) we get a message from the host threatening to kick us out for noise. We had LIGHT music playing and just the voices of some playing ping pong. No one was partying/excessive noise. Point being it seems quiet hours are really for all hours. The rest of the trip we walked on eggshells wondering if we were too loud. Not recommended for large groups or groups with young adults looking to enjoy

This was our first time in the St. Augustine area so we weren’t sure the best place to stay- in town or near the beaches. This spot was perfect and convenient to both! We had about a 30 minute walk to town which worked out well because parking is limited downtown. There was a nice small convenience store nearby as well. Quiet neighborhood, perfect set up inside! Very comfortable, we can’t wait to return.

Very cute apartment. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. Location is a short ride to the downtown area. Great restaurants and shops. They had a binder full of details that was very helpful. Would stay again.

This apartment is perfect if you're looking for a quiet place Uptown, walkable and near some great shops. It is clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The cafe next door is good, plus other restaurants nearby (thinking of Raintree!). Don't miss the store below the apartment. Way fun! This place can be a challenge to find by car, but Valerie's directions are spot on. Free parking in the back, well lit. Don't miss the secret walkway in the back that provides a shortcut to San Marco on foot! I would recommend this apartment to my friends! Enjoy!

We really enjoyed Amy & Gaston’s place! Great location, close to the beach. We loved the use of beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler. We really enjoyed our morning walks to the Kookaburra and our evenings at Cone Heads (w/ nondairy options). This is a great, quiet place to stay if you’re looking for a lowkey beach vacation.

Love staying here! Todd is a great host. Hope to be back next year!

Excellent, walkable location. Spacious with all listed amenities. Across from a school which gives it a ‘home away from home’ feel. Balcony with two chairs overlooking the street. Gorgeous comfortable double bed. The front door lock batteries weren’t working on one of the days, Gina immediately replaced them with new ones. We enjoyed our stay, I can recommend this property.

A wonderful place to stay in St Augustine!!! Within walking distance to the main attractions, yet perfectly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood! We loved the charming yellow theme throughout the house, and found Carl's local recommendations to be very helpful! Would highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s condo. Check-in was easy and she responded quickly to the few questions we had. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was also great with several restaurants nearby and an easy drive to historic St Augustine. I would love to book the condo again next time I’m in town.

I loved my stay at this unit. The unit itself was very clean and located in such a lovely spot. Todd was very proactive and responsive regarding my stay. I will be looking for more of Todd’s bookings when I return to St. Augustine.

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Great location for beach access. Private, quiet, pool and hot tub a bonus. Clean, bright, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Loved staying here, hope to be back. Recommend 100 percent.

WOW! The view and sounds of the ocean were amazing! The photos of the view do not do it justice, and the sounds of the crashing waves were so relaxing! We usually go out to dinner every night when we travel, but we couldn't tear ourselves away from that ocean view, so we BBQ'd on the deck and sipped wine. One lucky day, we were treated to dolphins swimming past the condo. It's an easy 15-minute drive to St. Augustine - well worth the trip!

Really great spot. Todd gave clear detailed instructions on how to get into the gated community as well as the residence. Incredibly clean. Walking distance from food and the beach. Todd was very responsive for any questions we had, and the condo had everything possible we would need to be comfortable. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer!

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything was there. We miss only more toilet paper rolls and shower soap in kids bathroom. The resort is perfect to spend nice time: very nice and clean 2 pools, spa and tennis/pickleball courts. The privat beach acces was fabulous with a tourtle direct close to boardwalk. We tried a few restaurants during our stay, and fall in love with one direct over the fence-Santiago's FloridaKitchen: perfect fresh homemeda food and very nice fast service. And you can not forget the Mayday ice cream. A lot of things to do around. We will definitely love to come back.

This condo is perfect. It met our needs and is located in beautiful St. Augustine. Great location. Ocean views. Peaceful.
