A great spot in the heart of downtown Northampton. We visited to attend the Back Porch Festival, and all events were in easy walking distance. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We hope to visit again!

Karl was an awesome host! Had an issue with the keycode to enter but Karl was immediately reachable even in the middle of the night and helped solve the issue. Even came by to check out the keycode lock the next morning and repaired it. 10/10 host and even had some cool stories about the history of the apartment! Will definitely back for another stay in the future at Karl’s place.

Loved this place and would stay here again and again! We moved into this space pretty last minute to vacate a place that was rough and Oomi could not have been more helpful and immediately responsive. She let us check in right away and the place was in perfect condition- great building, easy to check in, so convenient to where we worked, and the space was so clean, comfortable, and wonderful. Can’t recommend enough.

As usual, I so much enjoyed my stay. Molly was hard at work in her beautiful flower garden, which are lovely to see first thing in the morning. I'll be back, for sure.

We attended a wedding very close by and this was the perfect spot for us! It was so cozy and comfortable. Just looking on the map I didn't expect the town to be such a pretty & cute place with such a quaint little downtown area. Although we didn’t end up eating them, the little touches like the snacks were so thoughtful. We enjoyed some meals at Railway Cafe right around she corner as well! It was truly a great stay! Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

The Ensign House is reminiscent of a Parisian apartment on a quiet block complete with a French Bistro, Metro Bis next door. It is also close to miles of interconnecting bicycle paths and many downtown shops and restaurants. This flat was spacious with high ceilings, a large bathroom, a kitchenette and adjacent indoor and outdoor seating. The king bed was comfy with well appointed linens. Tres Magnifique! We will be back.

Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

I recommend the Williamsburg studio with hosts Robin and Bud. The apt is in the end of the Williamsburg Animal Clinic and I was afraid we’d hear barking dogs but it’s quiet, private, lovely and perfectly clean. It’s on the main road but you can’t hear traffic once inside either. The bed is high with a good mattress and we slept well, and it’s a short drive to the Bread Euohoria restaurant as well as the Williamsburg General Store. Charming place - we plan to go back. Fran

I rented it for tenants to stay in during a repair at their apartment. My tenants chose to stay in their apartment instead so they never actually checked in. But Hameen was very flexible, even offering early check in since the contractors started early, and he refunded the cleaning fee since they never entered the apartment. The location is very central in Bristol and I can tell Hameen would be a great host for people that stay there.

Deborah’s apt was just what I needed - quiet, private, safe, easy access, close to campus. Beautiful view into the woods and all amenities were as described. Great communication and Deborah even left some orange juice, eggs, fresh bread, and jam in the fridge!

A great place for a skiing getaway at Jiminy Peek Resort! Ski - in, ski -out, a lovely appointed condo, with access to a hot tub. Frank was most helpful and friendly. I highly recommend his place.

I rented this condo for some of my staff who said their stay was great. Four mechanics sharing a condo at a ski resort, they were easy to please.

Great location, near many Berkshires attractions. The hot tub and pool were great! Welcoming gifts of snacks and wine were much appreciated.

This was a great space for a getaway with my husband. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! This was very impressive and greatly appreciated! We live in the area, and it is a great location close to a ton of things to do (outside and inside) and a wide selection of restaurants in multiple directions. The location was quiet and felt private. Lindsey was super communicative and very responsive. Internet worked great (which was an issue in some other airbnbs we've stayed in). It was well stocked with appliances, and all the things we could need for our stay (we love a good king bed). We highly recommend!
