Luka is an amazing host! He met us outside in the parking lot and showed us how to get to the garage and into the apartment. He was very responsive with any questions that came up. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated the drinks and snacks provided by the host. We had a rental car and at first thought we were going to have to drive to Old Town but it ended up only being a 20-minute walk which we really enjoyed, and then we took an inexpensive Uber back. Note that we discovered taxis cost three times the amount of Ubers in Croatia so we avoided the taxis. Busy downtown neighborhood but nice and quiet at night and close walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

I had a fantastic time in Split! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and located perfectly—just a short walk from the old town and the Riva promenade. It was easy to explore the city and enjoy the beaches nearby. The host was super helpful and friendly, gave great local tips, and made check-in smooth. Split is beautiful, full of history, great food, and friendly people. Highly recommend both the city and this place for anyone visiting!

Clean and beautiful apartment, 10 minute walk to old town. Loved it! Would stay again! We accidentally took the house key with us and he was so kind about it and let us mail it back. 10/10!!

Leiligheten lå i første etasje, med egen fin møblert terrasse . Gode senger og god madrass i sovesofaen. Leiligheten var ellers godt utstyrt, så det er bare å flytte rett inn med toalettmappe og klær. Godt med skapplass på soverommet. At det var kaffemaskin der, var en positiv overraskelse for oss. Herlig å nyte frokoster og god kaffe på terrassen. Ingen støy i blokka eller fra trafikk, hverken på dagtid eller på nettene. Rolig boligområde. Liten rusletur ned til sjøen, og fin gåtur på strandpromenade derfra og til sentrum. Busstopp og matbutikk relativt nært leiligheten. Vi var meget fornøyd med både beliggenhet og pris. Og ikke minst at verten alltid var rask med å svare på spørsmål. Det ga oss en positiv opplevelse av hele oppholdet. De beste anbefalinger. Hilsen Jorun og Gunnhild

Le logement est parfait ! Très propre, très confortable, fonctionnel et très bien placé ! La plage est à 2 pas ! Et la piscine est parfaite ! 🤩 les enfants ont adoré ! Bien placé car à 5 minutes de l’aéroport ! Et pour ceux qui auraient peur du bruit : aucune crainte ! On entend les avions survoler en journée mais pas dérangeant car peu bruyants ! Et la nuit aucun bruit ! Dragica est une hôte très agréable et réactive ! Je recommande ce logement fortement !

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Antonija's amazing flat! The apartment was beautifully decorated with a modern touch, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including good appliances. Its location was incredibly convenient, with supermarkets and a bus stop just a short walk away. The bus ride to the old town took only 10 minutes, making it easy to explore the city. Antonija was a wonderful host, always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Split!

Great place near the beach and close to the city

We had a fantastic stay at Irene’s beautiful home. The location was perfect about a 15 min drive outside of Split and within walking distance to beaches and a town on the water. Irene’s place was spotless, nicely designed, perfect for two families and more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals ourselves. We loved the pool and the amazing views from the bedrooms and decks above. Irene was a fantastic host. What a gem!

Hôte très accueillant, logement très propre tout étais parfait. Seul petit point faible un peu loin du centre mais très pratique en UBER, et aussi en vélo ou en bus Supérette à proximité

Very friendly owner, you can taste fresh fig fruit straight from a tree and relax on nice terrace where sun shines from morning to evening. Few minutes walk to clean white sand beach. Shops and restaurants are at walking distance and you can get to trogir and split cities by local busline. Overall very pleasant stay.

Super fijne vakantie gehad in het verblijf van Ivana! We werden door de host opgehaald van het vliegveld (tegen betaling) en kregen welkomst drankjes. De eigenaren waren super lieve en behulpzame mensen! Vragen werden snel beantwoord. Verblijf was heel erg mooi en netjes. De buurt was rustig en heel veilig. We hebben erg van het ruime buitenverblijf genoten. Er was een groot aantal zit- en ligplaatsen aan het heerlijke zwembad. Al met al echt een top verblijf!

Tomo was a very good host. Very good communication and indications on his side. The place is nice and clean. I recommand it!

The house has everything you need and more to enjoy a nice relaxing stay. The surrounding areas provide a lot of things to do and see and are easily reachable, getting there does not take long. The communication with the host was very easy with quick and helpful responses.

Majira et son mari sont des gens charmants qui nous accueille dans leur propre maison. la maison est authentique et ressemble aux photos et nous y avons trouvé tout ce qu'il faut. nous avons été particulièrement touchés par l'accueil de ces hôtes adorables qui nous font sentir comme en famille, et qui nous ont proposé un repas car nous étions arrivés plus tard que prévu et n'avions rien pour le dîner, nous leur disons un énorme merci. dommage que la barrière de la langue nous ait posé des difficultés notre anglais n'est pas très bon mais ce sont des personnes qui méritent à être connues. n'hésitez pas à y poser vos valises leur accueil chaleureux vous séduira.

great accomodation, great and responsive hosts. the apartment was perfect for us. The pool and garden were maintained daily by the hosts and they even tidied up a little after us daily which was a very nice and unexpected. the outside space is great for the evenings. I would recommend having a car as it is out of town however the Uber cost is only about €10 each way to split.

Great sized modern apartment with parking and only a few mins walk from the old town. I wish we could have stayed longer

Lidija's place felt like home. The place had everything my family needed for a short stay. Free parking slot was very convenient and a big plus. Lidija was very responsive, helpful and accommodating.

Zana is a great host, and her apartment is exactly as the photos suggested. We had a great time living there for 5 days. The location is perfect as Riva/Old town was at a walkable distance. The apartment had all the amenities listed & we really enjoyed our time there.

Eine kleine aber sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtete Studiowohnung. Leider hats bei uns geregnet, so konnten wir den schönen Garten nicht geniessen.Dafür die gemütliche Wärme. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We loved Jure's place. It has a perfect layout when traveling with another couple or family with two bedrooms and a full and half bath. The apartment has a lovely garden with a jacuzzi, and there is parking for your rental car. Everything you need is within a block - a grocery store, drug store, pharmacy, beauty salon, fish market and cafes. The bus stop is a block away and Bus 8 comes every half hour to old town. Also, Jure was an awesome host. He was very responsive, full of good advice and his staff kept the place spotless. He went out of his way to forward something very important that I left and he was so gracious about it. Can't say enough good things about this stay.
