Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. Little Chestnut Cottage

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a charming self-contained base from which to explore the Cotswolds and local attractions in the Oxford area such as Blenheim Palace. The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

The Old Barn, Chipping Norton, Cotswolds

A stylishly decorated Cotswold stone barn on a farm situated on the edge of the bustling market town of Chipping Norton. We are ideally located for discovering the many beautiful Cotswold villages as well as within easy reach of Oxford, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. We are also close to Daylesford Farmshop and Soho Farmhouse and are surrounded by rolling countryside for lovely longs walks. There are plenty of great pubs and restaurants to visit. We look forward to welcoming you!

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

The Studio at Sandys House

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. An ideal retreat for artists / writers or Cotswold visits, and garden tours , with nearby London rail links via Charlbury (GWR) or Oxford.

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

The Barn, Glenrise

A recently built one bedroom detached bungalow with all normal amenities, including large lounge/kitchen with door leading to a small patio and garden. The large living area contains a double sofa bed which means the Barn can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The Barn is located down a private lane close to the beautiful Cotswolds, the famous Soho Farm, Diddly Squat farm, Blenheim palace and Bicester Village. The property is surrounded by trees, the bird song is wonderful.

Syringa, Sheep Street Charlbury

Beautifully renovated 17th cent cottage. Situated in Sheep Street Charlbury, a few doors down from The Bull Inn. Peaceful, tranquil and centrally-located. Double bedroom (super-king size), bathroom, large living room and kitchen. Private south facing back garden, with stone walls and apple trees. This is an old property with low doorways between rooms and a very steep stair case with hand rail (See pictures) It is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Our comfortable and spacious guest house is tucked away on a quiet private road in the heart of the picturesque market town of Charlbury. Just a few minutes’ walk from charming local pubs serving delicious food and drinks. A perfect base for exploring nearby villages and Cotswold attractions, including Soho Farmhouse, Diddly Squat Farm, and Daylesford. Only a 8-minute walk to the train station, with direct mainline services to London Paddington.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.
