We are about 5 miles to downtown Landrum SC, 25 minutes to Spartanburg SC, 40 minutes to Greenville SC, 45 minutes to Asheville NC, and about 22 minutes to the Tryon Equestrian Center in NC. Inside the unit, downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom, Upstairs in the loft are 4 different beds (Queen, Three Singles) &.a common area.
