The Wakanda Homestay in Soweto

The Wakanda Homestay experience lies in the heart of Soweto. It is raw, yet contemporary with an open plan setting. Located in front of the oldest cemetery in Soweto, the homestay is a tranquil space and home to serenading birds. The Wakanda homestay offers a dining area for 8 guests and flows into the living space that opens up into the yard for that much needed fresh air. In the winter, it becomes a cosy home with a double sided fireplace that's shared between the dining area and lounge.

This guesthouse is situated in a quiet, boomed area close to the Sandton CBD. It is set on a half acre of well maintained garden with a very large patio, braai area and swimming pool. Although the guest room is upstairs it is accessed via a wide split level staircase and safety is a priority. All rooms below open onto the beautiful garden and occasionally a garden room becomes available. It is suitable for the businessman, the traveller or semi-permanent guests. It offers WIFI and DSTV.
