My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was clean, well-cared for, and very spacious for the 7 of us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We made use of the kayaks, raft, and paddle board that were available. The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

The Boulders Lodge worked out perfectly for our mountain biking trip to Brown County. The lodge had ample space for 7 of us. The two kitchens had everything, the beds and bedrooms give everyone the space they needed. The drive to Brown County State park was 15 minutes.

We came to the cabin for spring break from Michigan with our son who has special needs. The cabin is beautiful, and the view of the Ohio River is fantastic! We loved the layout, and having two bedrooms on the same level was perfect for us. Everything was very clean and well stocked. It was also so helpful to have a washer and dryer on site. We knew ahead of time that the area was rather remote and a little far from a major town, but we liked that. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed. Tammy was very responsive and great to work with. We would highly recommend her cabin, and we hope to come back sometime soon!

We absolutely loved our time in Seth’s beautiful home! The house is very spacious and has everything you could need. We especially enjoyed how the furniture was actually comfortable and allowed us to relax, which is not the case with most Airbnbs. Seth was great with communication and made sure that we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Seth’s house to anyone and would stay there again!

We loved our stay at Rebecca’s! We came to Indy to see Riverdance, so we were only there one night, but the house was perfect. It fit our family of 5 and my mother comfortably. We felt right at home. The house was full of light and in a great spot to walk for exercise or for food! We loved its character, our kids loved the piano and the sunroom. We will definitely book again if we find ourselves back in Indy!

The place was lovely and wonderfully centrally located. They were incredibly responsive and gave amazing check in instructions. The home while beautiful did have an interesting layout with the bedrooms. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great and comfortable place to stay. Friend and I rented to work from home away from home, and was a good spot. Stable WiFi, walking distance to coffee, and cozy place to stay. Had all the amenities we needed. Even could bring my cat along!

Fifth (at least?) time staying at Amy's. I look forward to two more years of having an IU student to be able to stay right at home at Amy's.

The place and area were as described in the listing and looked like pictures. The neighborhood was walkable and felt safe, mostly small family homes and we had our dogs so walked every day. It was close to campus and we were visiting our son for the weekend and everything was within 5-10 minutes. We enjoyed the weekend and would stay there again.

A cute, rustic cabin with comfy beds and decent amenities in a location that is inside a farm, surrounded by horses and a local extra-toed sweet kitty that came by to visit. It is 30 minutes from Louisville and less than 10 minutes from local convenience and restaurants. The host response was prompt and welcoming. We hung out in the evening on the porch with the pleasant sounds of nature and a breeze. It was delightful. We stayed just overnight as we had an event nearby.

Just an overall great place to stay that accommodated all the individuals we had. Didn't get to stay and enjoy what most would since we were there foe work. However we loved it and will be back.

We stayed here for 1 night during Derby weekend! Keegan was super friendly and helpful and the stay was very enjoyable! He was quick to respond and accommodating of everything we needed! The property was very pretty with a gorgeous pool that we unfortunately didn’t have the time during our trip to use. Very accurate and easy to understand instructions to access the Airbnb. No issues whatsoever! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely try to stay here again for any future trips to the Louisville area!

This was an overall comfortable stay, within walkable distance to the vibrant Over the Rhine neighborhood! Though, I would not characterize the building as "modern" as described in the listing (most notably, there is a narrow set of stairs to the apartment), the apartment was comfortable and clean. The beds were especially great, and our group of 5 comfortable spent time in the kitchen and living room. The Chrises were responsive to some minor maintainance concerns I shared over chat, their neighborhood guide was great, and there really was a lovely view of the skyline to top it off.

Our family of 6 stayed between Christmas and New Years. Like Alicia and Glenn, we also homeschool our four kids (ages 12-6). We were worn down from the holidays and daily life, so were looking for a refreshing time away from home. Our stay was exactly that. The home and property were extremely peaceful being out in the woods. We did several trail walks and explored the creeks around the property. The kids thought the circular nature of the home, and hot tub were fun too. I appreciated the various Christian decor in the home, it gave me some things to think about as we hung out. But even more than all of that, we had a wonderful chat with Alicia and Glenn that was very refreshing to our spirits. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway that is focused on Jesus and the holy spirt this is the place for you. Great “home base” for our trip to Louisville. Home matched the description and was very clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood during our stay. Close to a great state park for hiking. Host was very proactive with instructions and helpful information.

The cozy cabin was exactly what my friend and I dreamed of for a little reading retreat. We sat outside, enjoyed the hot tub, and relaxed in the coziness! I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the cabin.

Melissa is a wonderful hostess... thoughtful, super helpful with recommendations, quick to respond and answer all my questions. The place far exceeded my expectations! This home was beautiful! More that I expected and hoped for. 8 full bedrooms, 7 of which had a a full private bathroom. We had so much space to gather and still had our privacy. There was seating enough for mealtimes and games times. With 16 people in one house, that was such a a blessing. I highly recommend this property, it's well worth it!
