Alternatively, travel in the opposite direction and London awaits within 40mins.

The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.
