This area hosts a number of ski areas, hiking trails, snow machine trail access, and ATV/UTV trails within 10 miles in Waterford, ME and so much more. 25 minutes to Gorham, NH where you will find miles of ATV/UTV trails. Come enjoy a stay.

With a lodge feeling to it, it has a beautiful gas fireplace to snug up to on those cool nights. There is a full kitchen with everything provided for your convenience. Outside there is a great fire pit, and if not the fire pit, there is deck with a new gas grill for outside dinning.
