Kate’s place was amazing! Such a great little spot right on the edge of the Cotswolds in the lovely town of Carterton. Perfect if you’ve got a dog - the ground floor studio has its own private garden which was super handy. The place was spotless and really cozy. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous accommodation! The garden was devinely manicured and the lights at dark added a lovely touch to the garden too. The bed was comfortable , the kitchen was easy to use, had no problem finding the utensils we needed for cooking dinner, loved how much information had been provided for surrounding places to see. will definely be back here !

Perfect spot for attending an event at Oxford Brookes university. Very well equipped flat, with everything you could possibly need. We were very surprised to arrive to croissants and Prosecco. Angela was flexible with check in timing and was always quick to respond.

This cute apartment was perfect for my family. Walking distance to the cute “downtown”, parks, train station and more. We will 100% be back. Added bonus - the host’s cute spaniel, Penny.

I stayed in the annexe for a week while I was working away, and I could not recommend this property more! Peaceful, private, and really felt like a little home away from home. You’re able to cook there thanks to a well stocked kitchen, the bed is super comfy, the little work desk is very useful, and the space overall is so cosy. Victoria was a great host, giving me detailed instructions on how to get in and making it known that she was available should have any questions but overall leaving me to it, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be booking the annexe again, it’s such great value for money and everything you could want when travelling for work.

What a delightful place to stay! It was exactly as described with everything you could need. One of the best stocked AirBnbs we’ve been to. It was cleaned to a very high standard - we could instantly make ourselves at home. Perfect location to get to many of the main attractions within a short amount of time. The local village Windrush only a short stroll away, perfect for a morning walk. Gabriella left so many extras out for us to cater for our toddler, along with a lovely welcome food & drink package-so kind & thoughtful. Some friends joined us for part of it & they found the sofa bed to be comfy. We found it spacious enough for 4 adults (plus a 1yr old), even though it’s only advertised for 2 adults. The apartment block is spotless & easy to get in to. It’s very quiet & was easy for our friends to get visitor parking space. We hope to stay again in the future so we can explore more of the Beautiful Cotswolds. Thank you Gabriella for making our stay so memorable.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Cosy at 42 is a great little terrace home - nothing better than being able to kick back and relax - you can do this here. The bed is comfy, nice and soft and the Nespresso machine is a nice little extra. Definitely staying again when in the area.

Lovely place in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fantastic for our dogs - the garden was fully enclosed with good dog walks close by. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in Lilian's apartment with our two small dogs. The check-in instructions were clear, and we found the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom all spotlessly clean and well equipped. The centre of Birmingham was a little under a 30-minute drive away; the residential location itself was very peaceful. The small garden to the rear of the property was secure and well maintained, and as the evening became chillier, it was easy to adjust the thermostat to warm up the apartment. Friends had recommended Millison's Wood for a nearby dog walk, and the Bakery at Hampton Manor for breakfast pastries and coffee, which we duly did, before checking out finally. We would happily return if we were visiting our dear friends or this part of the Midlands again.

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Loved staying here as was spacious, clean and relaxing. We could invite our friends back for a drink or afternoon tea and sit in the end room or out in the deck area. The kitchen was well set up for cooking. Washing machine was great to have. Being spacious meant it was relaxing to come back to after being out for the day. The location was a 15 minute walk to the town centre and a few minutes walk from a big convenience store. The hosts were very warm and friendly. They offered to help us with anything we needed We visited Witney from NZ to catch up with old friends. It felt like a home away from home!
