We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Great English pub AND authentic Italian restaurant in the village both within walking distance. Sumptuous bedding, freestanding bath, open fire and beautiful decor!

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

Enter this timeless and elegant church, constructed in 1794 and located in the picturesque village of Duxford, just a stone's throw from the lively city centre of Cambridge. This Grade II listed church has been thoughtfully transformed into two boutique mezzanine one-bedroom apartments, preserving the building's graceful original features.
