The Bubby house was a lovely environment! Clay was great at ensuring our stay was comfortable throughout our visit. The house itself is warm and inviting. The character of the Airbnb is a unique reflection of the area, staying authentic to the apparent history of the area while still showcasing the host's tastes and design interests. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the house more. The sun porch is lovely, the street is calm and quiet, and during the fall, seeing the trees from the comfort of the inside was beautiful. There are lots of things to do in the area and lots of activities to do in the house if that is an option for you! We had a great stay; thanks for everything!

Stella’s was a great host - her place was in a perfect and cozy neighborhood location that allowed us to easily walk around the Somerville and Cambridge areas and get where we needed to go. She was incredibly accommodating when we needed additional time to store our luggage for checkout as well which helped make our trip far less stressful. I would certainly recommend staying here as a home base during future Boston travel!

Me and my mother stayed at Jennifer's place over Halloween while visiting family in the area. We had a wonderful stay, getting in was easy and the place was spotless and exactly as advertised. It was very warm and welcoming and the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and there was a great binder of recommendations and other helpful details about the house and surrounding area. The picturesque neighborhood was very quiet and great to walk around and see the changing foliage. We walked past a group of bird-watchers that had set up in a nearby park in the hopes of catching a glimpse of a rare bird that had nested in a nearby tree. How fun! If you are bringing children, there is a nice playground at the end of the block that my eight year old niece gives her solid endorsement, and on Halloween there was a fun costume contest/show for the local kids in the park. A warm community all around. We look forward to staying again in a future visit.

We were traveling as a group of 7 for a wedding in Nahant. Location was ideal. House was spacious with a few different places to hang out. I don't remember if the description said that the 2nd bathroom is off the master bedroom, but no one used the master bedroom so it would be accessible to everyone for use. Beds and bedrooms were good. Overall, a great experience

Regina was very responsive and patient with my many questions and comments re: parking, check in, air freshener/odor from the previous tenants, and more. My son and I stayed 4 nights and played at the park across the street almost every day. The (LEED certified) building was clean and quiet. Entry instructions were easy to follow. Saturday night street noise in late April was minimal. Nighttime street light was fine. The shower water pressure was "eco-friendly," but plenty hot. We found free parking 1 block away for all 4 nights. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked to the Kendall Sq. T station, Science Museum, riverwalk and several restaurants. Note: If you need a Charlie ticket/card, only one of the Kendall Sq. station entrances has ticket vending—don't give up! There is an amazing ice cream place a couple blocks away, (Toscanini's). We sampled nearby bakeries (Tatte, Boulangerie, Bakey), and highly recommend Bakey for any of the babkas or "broissants." We'd love to return.

Mark was a great host. The location was close to our destinations and Boston itself. The place was as large as advertised. Having two bathrooms was a positive.

Highly recommended!!! Mehmet’s place it’s nothing but a hidden treasure, don’t let the fact that is a basement fools you, it’s a complete apartment!! We’ll design, cozy, very bright, spacious, clean, the neighborhood very quiet, I would definitely come back here, Mehmet is a super host very attentive to the needs of his guests, very helpful, check in was super easy, and personally I asked for an early check in and late check out and He was very flexible. Definitely will come back without hesitation…..Thanks again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a cute ADU within walking distance to the Route 128 station. The unit is very spacious and reasonably priced. Wuke graciously helped us out when we needed laundry detergent. We would stay here again. Only downside is that the ADU has a bit of an unfinished feel. The shower did not have a curtain, the bedroom skylight window was papered over, and there was command-strip residue leftover in a few places.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

Had an excellent stay with boatloads of New England atmosphere. My wife loved the piano that seemed in tune. Definately worth it

This place was awesome. Located in between Boston (about 6 miles) and Salem (30 min drive) it’s a great place to stay for a week long road trip to the New England area. Alexander was an amazing host and always responsive. He was so accommodating about us checking in early and made everything hastle free. It was so clean and everything was in great condition. I would recommend anyone going for a trip to Boston, Salem, or both like we did , to stay here !

We had a wonderful stay at Miriam’s home! It was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect place to host our bachelorette weekend and was a great proximity to Salem. The private beach access was a great bonus! Miriam was a gracious host and was very helpful and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again!

Simon was a wonderful host. He was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. My guests and I enjoyed staying at his beautiful home. The views were stunning! His home is absolutely beautiful and matched the pictures. It was very clean and bright. The plants throughout gave it such a cheerful aesthetic. If I ever make my way back to Boston I will definitely stay at Simon’s!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

My niece, best friend and I had a wonderful visit thanks to Amanda being the most amazing host, offering to gather info on local treats, events and attractions. Making sure we were comfortable and not lacking for anything! Even being VERY pregnant she sat outside, deep into the night, waiting for a repair man, due to a heating issue, to ensure that the repair was completed. The rental was perfect, sparkling clean, decorated nicely and very well appointed. We had everything we needed! The beds were extremely comfortable which is very important in my case. My niece was so impressed that she copied down the rental info so she could return with her husband & children. Thanks so much Amanda for making our stay PERFECT!!!!

Great stay for a large group with everyone having room and options of private room or shared space for a sleepover vibe. Having plenty of space for relaxing all together before or after heading out and having transportation close by made it the the perfect rest stop with the Green Line being relatively close. It is stated in the listing but with a large group the single bathroom becomes a bottleneck so making a plan for the bathroom helps alot with time efficiency and also with the rooms having mirrors as well as a sink in the kitchen it's easily manageable. Thank you so much to the host for being responsive and for sharing the space.

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Great place for us and for keeping our 2yo entertained 😊 Clean with all the amenities one could wish for and then some. Projector with big screen, outdoor hot tub, toys, ample space. One small caveat: it may have been the spring weather, but since this is a basement apartment, humidity indoors was a bit higher than we expected.

We hebben wederom een prima verblijf gehad. Kenden dit huis van toen en niet naar andere plek gekeken want wisten dat dit prima is. Qua huis, gastheer, communicatie en uitgangsplek voor Boston.
