It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay at Petros’ stone villa. The home was beautifully presented, clean, had all the amenities one could need & was in a great location. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in Pythagorio, Samos. We would definitely stay there again and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with.

Evin temizliği ve rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Havuz çok temizdi, büyüklük olarak da yeterliydi. Saim bey her konuda yardımsever ve dost canlısı şekilde yardımcı oldu. Konum olarak çok güzel plajlara, koylara ve restoranlara ulaşım olanağı sağlaması harikaydı.

We had an amazing week at Ada Blue Holiday Vila . The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The property was clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. We loved the pool, the garden. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we can’t wait to come back! Die Villa entspricht der Bechreibung. Der Aufenthalt enstprach unseren Vorstellungen und die Kinder haben sich über den Pool sehr gefreut. Ein sehr positives Erlebnis war, dass der Pool ein Salzwasserpool ist. Wir haben es genossen. Die Villa steht in einem Neubaugebiet und ist leider nur mit PKW erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10 Min Fahrtzeit zu erreichen, jedoch war dies alles sehr unproblematisch für uns. Die Villa ist für eine Familie mit drei Kindern perfekt. Die Zimmer haben alle eine Dusche und WC, große und gemütliche Betten und alle Fenster sind mit Moskitoschutz. In der Küche gibt es einen großen Kühl- Gefrierkombi. Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen ! Es war ein toller 5 Sterne Urlaub!

Ev, bahce ve ozellikle havuz harikaydi. Evin sadece havuz katini tuttuk. Havuz katinin salonuna bir genis koltuk daha eklenirse, havuz kati 7 kisi icin gayet yeterliydi diyebilirim. (Havuz katinda mutfakla birlesik salon haricinde 4 tane de yatak odasi var.) Bahce genisti ve bakimliydi. Bahcenin genisliginin, ferahliginin cocuklu ailelerin burayi tercih etmesi icin onemli bir faktor oldugunu dusunuyorum. Ayrica, yandaki evden ve arkadaki evden goreceli mahremiyet saglayan yanyana agaclar iyi dusunulmus. Havuzdan bahsetmek icin ikinci bir paragrafa ihtiyac var. Fotograflarda gorundugunden daha guzel ve daha buyuktu. Havuzda yuzerken kafanizi kaldirdiginizda uzaktan da olsa sahili, denizi ve Samos adasini gorebilmek muhtesemdi. Havuzun icerisindeki basamaklarla ciktiginiz jakuziden bu manzara daha da iyi hale geliyordu. Bir takim eksiklikler ve olumsuzluklar da yok degildi: 1- Ev sahibinin verdigi bilgiye gore villa Kusadasi'nin sebeke suyunu kullaniyor. Yeme-icme ve yemek yapmada bu suyu kullanmamamiza ragmen dus alirken agziniza bir damla bile kacsa mide bulandiracak tatta bir sudan bahsediyoruz. Ev sahibi gelecek sezonda bu problemi eve ait bir kuyu acarak cozeceklerini belirtti. 2- Evin internet servis saglayicisi cok yavasti. Telefonlarin kendi hatlarinin 30-50 GB internet kapasitelerinin ve 4G hizlarin oldugu gunumuzde bunu cok da problem etmeyebilirdik. Ne yazik ki evin konumundan dolayi telefonlarin 4G'leri calismadi. Ev sahibi bu sorunu mutlaka cozeceklerini belirtti. Ev sahibinin problemleri olgunlukla kabul etmesinden ve eve giris asamasindaki hizli, nazik iletisiminden memnun kaldigimizi belirtmek isterim. Gelecek sezondaki tatilimizde ustteki iki problem halledilirse bu villa mutlaka ilk bakacagimiz seceneklerden birisi olacak.

Ailenizle birlikte dinlenmek için gidebileceğiniz güzel bir site gürültüden uzak sakin temiz güvenilir . Villalarda üç ailenin rahatlıkla kalabilecegini söyleyebilirim. Küçük çocuğu olan aileler için de uygun bir villa küçük çocuk havuzu var. Denize oldukça yakın sayılır (Max 2 km) Kumsalı oldukça güzel. Tabi kişisel beklentiler benim yorumumu eksik bırakabilir. Son olarak Gürültüden uzak sakin bir yer. Ev sahibi izle gelince çok teşekkür ederiz. Başka bir tatilde görüşmek üzere. Bu arada iyi ki bu sisteme üye olmuşum.

İnanılmaz temizdi her şeyden önce. Özal bey son derece ilgili tüm soruları anında cevaplıyor ve hızlı çözüm sunuyor, ev ise aynı fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz gibiydi. 7 kişi konakladık, Çok çok memnun kaldık, sakin ve nezih bir muhitte. Ulaşımı çok kolay ve merkeze çok yakın. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Удобное расположение и заселение, мы били на автомобиле- несложно добраться в любую точку города, хозяин Erdem очень быстро реагирует на все вопросы, вилла чистая и обеспечена всем необходимым) Цена соответствует) Рекомендую!

This place is really good value for a somewhere with a pool in the area! The outside pool area and lounging and dining area are gorgeous. It is also a great location to drive to Kusadasi, seafront and also to Ephesus, which we explored whilst we were here with our 5 children. There is a good cooking and dining area and plenty of towels. The bathrooms and parts of the kitchen could do with a little updating but this did not distract from our stay and the host was really keen on feedback to improve and was friendly, responsive and welcoming so you can’t ask for more really. Would recommend.

这是我住的最好的民宿之一。首先房子的地理位置非常不错，离国家公园只需要半个小时车程（那里有非常清澈的海滩），最近的两家超市步行只需要不到5分钟。房东大叔非常友好，每次我们遇到问题时第一时间帮我们解决。房子的设施非常齐全，可以做饭，电视可以投屏看电影，空调非常棒的工作，最棒的是泳池，非常干净，每天都有人打扫。下次来还会继续在这里住！

Un séjour chez Claudia avec mes 4 enfants. Nous avons tous beaucoup aimé la maison, sa piscine, la proximité de tous les commerces et la plage à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. La maison est extrêmement propre et confortable. La cuisine propose tous les équipements utiles pour une famille de 6 personnes. Claudia a été très amicale, bienveillante et arrangeante. Elle a su nous a assisté à la fois pour nous aider dans nos visites ou dans nos petits soucis du quotidien. Merci Claudia pour avoir rendu ce séjour magique.

Beş kişi konforlu bir şekilde konaklayacak kadar eşyaları yeterli ve temizdi. Villa sakin bir sitenin içerisinde ve terasında çok güzel manzarası var. Sitenin ortak havuzunu da kullandık kalabalık değildi ve temizdi. Büşra ve Nuray hanıma sıcak iletişimleri için teşekkür ederim :)

Wir haben uns bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war super und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Auf alle unsere Fragen oder Anliegen wurde immer eingegangen und wir hatten als eine Familie mit 2 Kindern tolle Ferien!
