Das 40 qm große Apartment ist modern ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße mit guter Infrastruktur, kostenfreien Parkplätzen und fußläufig entfernter Bushaltestelle. Genießt die Tee- und Kaffee Flatrate. Ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und eine Tankstelle sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Wurmtal für den Zugang zur Natur ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt.

Dazu 1 Schlafempore (140x200) und 1 sehr bequeme Schlafcouch (130x200) sowie eine große Schlafcouch (150x200) und das Doppelbett (160x200) im Gartenzimmer. Dazu eine moderne Küche, ein schickes Bad mit Fenstern und eine möblierte Terrasse. Private Gegenstände sind auf ein Minimum reduziert. 5 Min. Fußweg bis Eurogress oder Tivoli, 15 Min. zum Rathaus/Dom.

Die liebevoll sanierte Wohnung befindet sich in der ehemaligen Kutschenhalle eines historischen Gebäudes. (ca.60qm) Der angrenzende Park, mit seltenen Bäumen, lädt zu einem Rundgang ein. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum entspannen. Obwohl man sich mitten in der Natur befindet, benötigt man nur 10 Min. in die Innenstadt. (Belgien 20 Min., Holland 10 Min.) Nach Absprache, heißen wir auch Gäste mit Hund willkommen. Vielleicht auch interessant: Exklusive Ferienwohnung 2 (ca. 80qm)
