You'll find amazing sunsets at Ventnor, Surf beach & Cape Woolamai. We also offer early and late check out if there are no back to back bookings.

This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. The container is fitted out with all you will need for a perfect stay . It has a large deck for the evening barbecue, following a day at the closest beach Smiths 🏄 a 5 minute drive , or after exploring the many attractions of Phillip Island and Gippsland. If you have a dog it is completely secure .

THIS IS NOT A MODERN HOUSE (please see photos), but with modern appliances and bathrooms. Think: Affordable. Clean. Great location!

The Sunderland Beach Cottage

Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.
